Abstract: By the nature of induced air pressure distribution during tobacco falling, the suction openings in the environmental dust removal system in primary processing line were arranged in the areas where the air pressure is positive, to minimize the positive pressure and create a negative pressure atmosphere in the areas with airborne dust.The dust emission was controlled and dust removing was improved effectively, and the running cost of the system was decreased.The key points in design and reference data of some typical suction openings in environmental dust removal system in primary processing line were also introduced.
