Abstract: The cigarette stacker in PASSIM cigarette making and tipping machine combination tended to wrinkle cigarette surface and wear out the timing belt rapidly and was troublesome in drum maintenance. Therefore, the upper level controller and lower level conveyor and associated kits were dismantled, and a bracket for concave guide and flexible chain was installed.After improving, the structure was optimized, the stability and reliability were increased, and the cigarette jam and surface wrinkle made by the stacker were eliminated.The costs of maintenance and production decreased accordingly.
