Abstract:
Six inorganic anions including F
-, Cl
-, NO
2-, Br
-, SO
42- and NO
3- in tobacco leaf samples were extracted by ultrasonic wave with deionized water at 60℃for 30 minutes, separated on Dionex AS18 column, with IonPac AG18 as guard column and ASRS-ULTRA Ⅱ as regenerative depressor, using the solution of 23mmol/L KOH as eluent (flow rate:1.00mL/min), and detected by conductivity detector. It was found that the recoveries of the method were between 95.0% and 105.0%, the relative standard deviation was ≤ 2.63%, the correlation coefficients of linear regression equations were from 0.9940 to 0.9988 and the detection limits of the anions were in the range of 0.01 to 0.06
μg/mL.
