Abstract: Crowded placement of cigarette cases, scanner vibration induced by impact, serious power supply network pollution and void of the functions of scan missing detection and alarming all resulted in scan missing in the automatic barcode scanning recognition system.By adding a buffer belt conveyor, a scan missing detector and alarm, and purifying the power supply, the rate of scan missing reduced from 0.46% to 0.001%.
