Improvement of Foil Feeding Device in YB45 Hard Packet Packer

摘要: YB45型硬盒包装机因铝箔纸下纸装置堵塞而停机的原因是:铝箔纸纵向向外弯曲和水平向外弯成M形,使铝箔纸撞上挡板造成下纸堵塞而停机。对铝箔纸下纸装置中压痕结构进行了改进,合理调整滚轮尺寸,保证了铝箔纸下纸的通畅,使停机频率从改进前的8.1%下降为3.1%。

Abstract: Foil bending outwardly or snaking axially and attacking the guard resulted in feeding device jam in YB45 hard packet packer and machine stop.By improving the creaser's structure in the feeding device and properly setting the roller size, the smooth running of foil was ensured, and the frequency of machine shutdown resulted from foil jam lowered from 8.1% to 3.1%.
