片烟加料筛网的改进

Improvement of Strips Screening Before Casing

  • 摘要: 针对制丝线叶片加料机筒壁粘附碎片多、叶片加料不均匀和出口含水率波动较大等问题,将加料机前的振筛网孔径由6mm加大至12.5mm,使筛出的12.5mm以下的游离烟片不经过加料工序而直接与加料后的大叶片混合进入贮叶柜。结果表明,叶片出口含水率控制合格率由改进前的95%±1%提高到99%±1%;叶片出口含水率控制标准偏差由0.22%~0.35%降低至0.11%~0.20%;加料机筒壁粘附碎片量由32.5kg/批(每批为6000kg)下降到15kg/批;基本消除了叶片料液斑点,达到了既提高工艺加工质量又降低消耗的目的。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems involved in strips casing such as small tobacco pieces adhered to the wall of casing cylinder, nonuniform strips casing and wide fluctuation of output moisture content, the mesh of vibrating screen in front of the feeder was enlarged from 6mm to 12.5mm, the particles under 12.5mm bypassed the cylinder and directly mixed with cased strips (≥12.5mm) came out of the cylinder and entered into bulking silos. The results indicated that, after improving, the qualified output moisture content rate increased from 95%±1% to 99%±1%, and standard deviation decreased from 0.22%-0.35% to 0.11%-0.20%. The tobacco pieces adhered to the wall of casing cylinder dropped from 32.5kg to 15kg per batch (6000kg tobacco), and the casing spots on lamina were basically avoided. The processing quality was improved and the waste was also reduced.
