Abstract:
For helping blenders to directly use the relative parameters calculated out of the predictive models of filter ventilation and deliveries of tar, nicotine and CO, algorithms for cigarette design and material design were established, and, further, a cigarette material CAD system was developed. The system had functions of cigarette design and material design, the algorithm implementation and software design of the system were discussed in detail. The experimental data and predictive values of 4 samples were compared, the predictive deviations were below 5% except for that of nicotine in sample No.1 and CO in sample No.2.
