Abstract: The structure and working principle of an on-line filter rod sampling and testing control system for high speed filter rod maker were introduced. The sampled filter rod entered test station through an ejector, the test results were sent back to the controller in the filter rod maker to control the parameters (pressure drop, weight and circumference) of filter rod. The system replaced manual sampling and adjustment, and improved adjustment precision and test efficiency.
