Abstract: The contents of aroma componets in the lamina and stem of flue-tobacco were determinedby GC and GC/MS and comparatively analyzed.The results showed that:1) the contents of neutral, acidic and basic aroma components in lamina were higher than those in stem, except for pyridine and 2-acetylpyridine, which were lower in lamina;2) the proporions of the neutral, acidic and basic aroma components in lamina and stem of flue-cured tobacco were 10.1:17, 5:1 and 5.8:18.5:1, respectively.
