烤烟C3F叶片和烟梗中香味成分的对比分析

摘要: 采用GC和GC/MS法测定了烤烟C3F叶片与烟梗中的香味成分含量,并进行对比分析。结果显示①除吡啶的含量高于叶片、2-乙酰基吡啶含量几乎相同外,烟梗中其它各种中性、酸性和碱性香味成分的含量均低于叶片;②烤烟叶片及烟梗中中性:酸性:碱性成分之比各为10.1:17.5:1和5.8:18.5:1。Abstract: The contents of aroma componets in the lamina and stem of flue-tobacco were determinedby GC and GC/MS and comparatively analyzed.The results showed that:1) the contents of neutral, acidic and basic aroma components in lamina were higher than those in stem, except for pyridine and 2-acetylpyridine, which were lower in lamina;2) the proporions of the neutral, acidic and basic aroma components in lamina and stem of flue-cured tobacco were 10.1:17, 5:1 and 5.8:18.5:1, respectively.
