Abstract: The integrative expression of 11 experimental varieties at 60 test sites was analyzed, and the test sites were classified into six ecologically similar zones accordingly. The quality characteristics and adaptabilities of each tested variety in different ecological zones were summarized; based on that, it was suggested that Yunyan 85, Yunyan 87 and K326 should be taken as major cultivars in Yunnan tobacco growing areas; accompanied by Hongda, K346 and G28 as minor cultivars; and accompanied by Yunyan 317, V2, RG11 and other cultivars in limited growing areas.
