  • 摘要: 为了解梗丝结构对卷烟主要工艺质量指标、感官质量和主流烟气成分稳定性的影响,进行了不同长度梗丝对卷烟单支重量、吸阻、圆周、硬度和主流烟气及感官质量的影响试验。结果表明,在相同梗丝掺兑比例下,随梗丝长度缩短,卷烟单支重量、吸阻的标准偏差总体呈下降趋势;圆周、硬度及卷烟主流烟气总粒相物、焦油和CO量的标准偏差呈先下降后上升趋势;配方中掺兑的梗丝长度控制在3·17~6·35mm范围内,卷烟的总体感官质量最好。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the influence of cut stem structure on the stability of main technical quality indexes, smoking quality and mainstream smoke components, the individual weight, draw resistance, circumference, hardness, mainstream smoke and smoking quality of cigarette blended with different lengths of cut stem were tested. The results indicated that with same blending proportion, the standard deviations (SD) of individual weight and draw resistance generally decreased with the reduction of cut stem length; while the SDs of circumference, hardness, total particulate matter, tar and CO deliveries descended at first then ascended afterwards. The tested cigarette offered the best smoking quality when the length of cut stem in the cigarette was in the range of 3.17 to 6.35mm.
