Comparison Between MLLE and SDE in Flavor Analyzing

  • 摘要: 分别采用微量液液萃取(MLLE)法和同时蒸馏萃取(SDE)法对TG-11#香精进行萃取,并用气相色谱/质谱联用仪进行了分析。结果表明:MLLE法与SDE法的处理效果基本接近,但MLLE法所用的试剂少,简便,处理时间(< 15min)短,是一种快速准确分析香精香味成分的前处理方法。

     

    Abstract: Flavor TG-11# was extracted by micro liquid-liquid extraction (MLLE) or simultaneous distillation and extraction (SDE), and then analyzed by GC/MS. MLLE and SDE showed similar results. However, MLLE is simpler, using less reagent and taking shorter time (< 15 min), and it is a quick and accurate pretreatment method for arom component analyzing.
