Abstract:
Insufficient heat exchange area and too slow cooling water brought about low heat exchange efficiency of the CO
2 recycling and cooling system in dry-ice expanding cut tobacco system. The system's working principle was analyzed, and a heating exchanger and a pipe line pump were added to increase the heat exchange efficiency of the system. After improving, the temperature and pressure of CO
2 decreased, the CO
2 pressure was controlled within the set values, the load of CO
2 compressor was reduced, and the waste of CO
2 was avoided accordingly.
