流动分析法测定烟田土壤中的速效钾和缓效钾

Determination of Available and Slow-release Potassium in Tobacco Field Soil with Flow Autoanalyzer

摘要: 应用流动分析仪测定了烟田土壤中的速效钾和缓效钾。结果表明,速效钾的RSD≤1.11%,回收率94.9%~102.6%;缓效钾的RSD≤2.55%,回收率95.2%~103.1%。流动分析仪适合于烟田土壤的速效钾和缓效钾含量的快速测定。

Abstract: The available potassium(AP) and slow-release potassium(SRP) in tobacco field soil were determined with a flow autoanalyzer.The results indicated that the RSD and recovery of AP and SRP were ≤1.11% and 94.9%-102.6% and ≤ 2.55% and 95.2%-103.1%, respectively.The flow autoanalyzer was suitable for fast determination of AP and SRP in tobacco field soil.
