  • 摘要: 介绍了基质辅助激光解吸离子化技术的原理、特点、基质的选择及其在多肽、蛋白质、核苷酸和糖类化合物等生物大分子、高分子、小分子化合物、低聚物的分析以及在烟草行业中的应用。

     

    Abstract: The principle and characteristics of matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization(MALDI) analysis and the selection of matrix were introduced.The application of MALDI in the analysis of biomacromolecular coumpounds(such as polypeptide, protein, nucleotide and saccharides), macromolecular compounds, low molecular substances and oligomers, and the application of MALDI in the tobacco industry were reviewed.
