模拟润叶和贮叶期间烤烟中总糖、还原糖、淀粉及糖碱比的变化
Simulation of Changes of Main Carbohydrate and Sugar/Nicotine Ratio in Flue-cured Tobacco During Conditioning and Storing

摘要: 为研究制丝工艺条件对烟草化学成分变化的影响,采用正交试验设计方法,在实验室条件下模拟润叶和贮叶工序的不同工艺条件,进行了工艺条件对不同等级烟叶总糖、还原糖、淀粉及糖碱比的影响试验。结果表明,烟叶等级是高度显著影响因素,其差异显著高于工艺条件的影响;贮叶环境对烟叶中的总糖(α=0.10)和还原糖(α=0.05)有显著影响;影响淀粉含量的显著因素(α=0.10)为贮叶时间 > 润叶含水率;影响总糖/烟碱比值的显著因素(α=0.05)依次为:贮叶环境 > 贮叶时间 > 润叶温度。Abstract: In order to study the effects of processing conditions on the change of chemical components in tobacco, different conditions of conditioning and storing were simulated in laboratory and their effects on the main carbohydrates (including total sugar, reducing sugar, and starch) and sugar/nicotine ratio in different grades of tobacco leaves were orthogonally experimented. The results showed that: 1) tobacco grade was a highly significant influencing factor while comparing with process conditions; the effect of storing circumstance on the contents of total sugar (α=0.10) and reducing sugar (α=0.05) was significant; 2) the significant factors (α=0.10) affecting the content of starch was storing time followed by the moisture content in conditioning; 3) the significance factors (α=0.05) in order of the degree affecting the ratio of total sugar to nicotine was storing circumstance > storing time > conditioning temperature.
