Abstract: In cigarette or filter rod maker, it was hard to set the ledger to the garniture because the two were distantly apart. Therefore, a universal device was designed to serve for the setting of improved type YJ17 cigarette maker, YL48 filter rod maker, and others. That device could accurately, conveniently and rapidly set the ledger or nuclear scanner to garniture, it could shorten assembling and setting time and increase the assembling precision.
