Ultrasonic Aided Extraction of Chlorogenic Acid, Nicotine and Solanesol in Tobacco

  • 摘要: 考察了烟草中绿原酸、烟碱和茄尼醇的超声波辅助提取,结果表明:最佳工艺条件为:pH4的95%乙醇作溶剂,料液比1:15,80℃提取两次,每次45min。在此条件下,绿原酸、烟碱和茄尼醇的提取率分别为93.65%、95.42%和82.35%,而热回流法这3种成分的提取率各为85.56%、84.79%和73.54%。

     

    Abstract: Ultrasonic aided extraction of chlorogenic acid, nicotine and solanesol in tobacco was investigated. The optimum conditions were: pH4, 95% ethanol as solvent, the ratio of material to liquor 1:15, extracting twice at 80℃ (each for 45min). The experimental yield of chlorogenic acid, nicotine and solanesol was 93.65%, 95.42% and 82.35%, respectively, which were much better than the yield by hot refluxing extraction (85.56%, 84.79% and 73.54%, respectively).
