摘要: 经过分析认为,可以通过建立"推拉式"产销一体化模型以优化本体价值链,通过契约安排决策模型、供应商管理库存对价值链进行后向、前向的整合,同时还给出了基于集团化运作和延伸价值链整合的烟草集团信息系统的总体架构。Abstract: Interior value chain could be optimized by establishing the "push-pull type integration model of production and marketing" to consolidate the value chain backward and forward by means of contractual obligation decision model and vender managed inventory.The group's overall frame work of information systems based on group operation and extended value chain integration was also presented.
