Abstract: In order to solve the problems existing in group processing from plan making to production dispatching and commanding, the application frame model of MES fit for group processing was put forward based on analyzing the changes and characters of primary processing brought about by the implementation of group processing. The basic method of optimizing technical process of group processing with MES frame model was introduced and the future application of MES in group processing was envisaged.
