Abstract: The data warehouse technology can integrate, transform and collect data crossing manifold application systems, express entire data views, and provide various data analysis means by OLAP technology. The configuration of a data warehouse system contains four levels: data source, data storage and management, data access service, and data display and analysis. The data modeling includes concept model, logical model and physical model design. The framework of data warehouse of cigarette industrial enterprises was constructed, basing on that, the BW(Business information warehouse) system was also established, and the common data sharing within an enterprise was realized.
