Effects of 6-Substituted Indanoyl Isoleucine Conjugate on Volatile Components and Smoking Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

  • 摘要: 采用GC/MS法分析了6-取代茚满酰异亮氨酸共轭物处理和未处理的K326烟叶中的挥发性成分,并对这些烟叶进行了评吸。结果显示:①处理烟叶内生成了3种在对照中未检出的成分:法尼烯、檀香醇和十四醛,同时十五醛、亚麻酸甲酯和棕榈酸的含量明显增大,糠醛、糠醇和新植二烯含量明显降低;②处理烟叶卷烟的吸味品质略有提高。

     

    Abstract: The fresh ripe tobacco leaves of K326 (Nicotiana tabacum L.) were treated with 6-substituted indanoyl isoleucine conjugate (6-SIIC), cured, determined by GC/MS and panel evaluated. It was found that 1) three volatile compounds including farnesene, santalol and tetradecanal were detected in the treated tobacco, meanwhile pentadecanal, methyl linolenate and palmitic acid obviously increased, furfural, furfuryl alcohol and neophytadiene significantly reduced comparing with untreated tobacco; and 2) the smoking quality of the treated tobacco improved a little.
