臭椿树皮提取物对烟草甲成虫的生物活性

Bioactivity of Ailanthus altissima Bark Extract Against Lasioderma serricorne (F.) Adult

摘要: 以乙醚为提取溶剂采用索氏法提取臭椿树皮,研究了其提取物对烟草甲成虫的生物活性。结果表明:臭椿树皮乙醚提取物对烟草甲成虫表现出较强的驱避作用,处理24、48和72h后,对烟草甲成虫的驱避率分别达到93.71%、87.75%和76.14%;对烟草甲成虫的触杀作用较弱,但对烟草甲成虫的熏蒸作用较强,在1.00×10^-4的处理浓度下熏蒸48h后其校正死亡率可达到100%。

Abstract: The bioactivity of Ailanthus altissima bark extract against Lasioderma serricorne (F.) adult was studied with Soxhlet extraction by using ether as an extractant. The results showed that: Ailanthus altissima bark extract assumed strong repellent activities against Lasioderma serricorne (F.) adult; 24, 48 and 72 hours after applying, the repellent rate achieved 93.71%, 87.75% and 76.14%, respectively. The effect of contact-killing was somewhat weak, while the effect of fumigation was strong, and the corrected mortality could reach 100% after 48-hour fumigating with the concentration of 1.00×10^-4.
