卷烟纸拼接中胶带片粘贴及输送装置的改进

Improvement of Sliced Adhesive Tape Application and Conveying Device in Bobbin Splicer

摘要: 卷接机组和滤棒成型机中原卷烟纸拼接用胶带片的粘贴需要手工操作,容易出现漏贴或粘贴位置产生偏差。为此,对胶带片粘贴及输送装置进行了改进,通过凸轮机构、槽轮机构及齿轮传动等一系列的机构运动,实现了对胶带片的自动粘贴及输送。改进后基本杜绝了由于人为因素造成的卷烟纸拼接失败,有效地提高了机器的自动化程度和有效作业率。

Abstract: The application of sliced adhesive tape in bobbin splicer was manually operated in original cigarette maker and filter rod maker,and there is a tendency of sliced tape missing or out of position.The sliced tape application and conveying device was improved,and automatic sliced tape application and conveying was carried out by a mechanism comprising cam,grooved drum,and gears.After improving,splicing failure caused by manual operation was basically avoided,and the degree of automatization and operation efficiency of machine was increased.
