离子色谱法同时测定烟叶中的K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+和NH4+

Simultaneous Determination of K+,Na+,Ca2+,Mg2+ and NH4+ in Tobacco Leaves by Ion Chromatography

  • 摘要: 以5%盐酸为提取剂,超声提取30min,Dionex CS12A阳离子交换柱作分离柱、IonPac CG12A为保护柱,20.0mmol/L甲磺酸溶液为流动相,流速0.25mL/min,采用离子色谱法同时测定了烟叶样品中的K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+和NH4+。结果表明,该法的RSD<6.22%,回收率为90.9%~109.9%,适合批量烟样中这5种离子的快速分析。

     

    Abstract: The K+,Na+,Ca2+,Mg2+ and NH4+ in tobacco leaf samples were extracted with 5%(v/v) HCl under ultrasonic wave for 30 minutes,then separated on Dionex CS12A column,CG12A column and CSRS ULTRA Ⅱ,using 20mmol/L methyl sulphonic acid solution as an eluent with the flow rate of 0.25mL/min,and determined by IC.It was found that the recoveries of the ions were from 90.9% to 109.9% with RSDs of<6.22%.The method is suitable to rapid analysis of the ions in batches of tobacco samples.
