The main photosynthetic physiology indexes of upper,middle and lower leaves of flue-cured tobacco during fast growing period in fields were analyzed.The results indicated that the middle leaves had the highest A

max and Fv/Fo,and lower leaves had the highest Ls.A

max,Ls and Fv/Fo of leaves of different stalk positions differed extremely significantly.There was an extremely significant positive correlation between A
350/J
max and Fv/Fo,and a significant negative correlation between Ls and stalk position.
