摘要: YJ29型接装机切纸鼓轮中的加热系统存在加热电阻线穿绕不便、接触不良、电枢使用寿命短、检查维修不方便等问题,为此,对切纸鼓轮进行了改进:切纸鼓轮采用导磁的马氏体钢件,利用电磁感应线圈代替加热电阻线对导磁体进行加热;切纸鼓轮传动轴由铸件改为机加工件;电磁感应线圈固定,与切纸鼓轮不接触,接入导线与线圈连接,取消电枢。改进后缩短了加热时间,简化了鼓轮结构,提高了切纸鼓轮工作的可靠性。Abstract: The heating system of cork drum in YJ29 assembler existed some problems,such as not convenient to threading the hot wires,ill-contact,short armature life,not convenient to check and maintenance.The cork drum was improved as following:the body of cork drum was made of magnet-conductive martensitic steel and heated by a stationary electromagnetic coil free of contact with the cork drum instead of the electric heater;the shaft of cork drum was machined rather than casted;power line was connected to the coil and the armature was removed.The improvement simplified the cork drum,shortened its heating time,and increased its running reliability.
