松树皮提取物降低卷烟烟气自由基

Reduction of Free Radicals in Cigarette Smoke with Pinus Yunnansis Franch Extract

  • 摘要: 采用ESR法检测了松树皮提取物和葡萄籽提取物清除卷烟烟气自由基的能力。结果显示,滤嘴中添加松树皮提取物清除卷烟气相、粒相及总自由基的效果优于烟丝中添加,也优于滤嘴添加同量的葡萄籽提取物,当滤嘴中添加50μL/支0.2%松树皮提取物的乙醇溶液时,其卷烟烟气中的气相、粒相和总自由基分别降低64.1%、43.9%和60.0%,而烟丝中添加同量松树皮提取物和滤嘴添加同量葡萄籽提取物卷烟烟气中的总自由基仅各降低52.7%和25.9%。松树皮提取物可用于清除卷烟烟气自由基。

     

    Abstract: The abilities to scavenge free radicals(FRs) from cigarette smoke by Pinus Yunnansis Franch extract(PYFE) and grape seed extract(GSE) were tested with ESR.The results showed that it was more effective to introduce PYFE into cigarette filter than into cut filler or introduce GSE of the same volume into the filter for the purpose of scavenging FRs from cigarette smoke.Comparing with the control,the gas phase,particle phase and total FRs in smoke of cigarette with filter added with 50μL alcohol solution containing 0.2% PYFE decreased by 64.1%,43.9% and 60.0%,respectively;while total FRs in smoke of cigarette with cut tobacco containing the same amount of PYFE and cigarette with filter added with the same amount of GSE reduced by 52.7% and 25.9%,respectively.It indicated that PYFE could be used to eliminate free radicals from cigarette smoke.
