原烟配方分组打叶对片烟质量的影响

Effects of Different Green Leaf Blends on Quality of Threshed Strips

  • 摘要: 为了解原烟配方分组对打叶后片烟常规化学成分、叶片结构和感官质量的影响,用云南某地区不同等级的原烟进行了原烟配方分组打叶试验。结果表明:①与单等级打叶相比,配方分组打叶后的片烟质量稳定性有一定提高,糖碱比协调性明显提高,感官质量有一定提高,部位特征差异缩小,烟气的谐调性和口感舒适程度均有所改善;②原烟配方分组应以烟叶等级和部位相近、具有相同或相近的质量风格特征或物理加工性能为原则。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the effect of different green leaf blends on the routine chemical component,structure and smoking quality of threshed strips,green leaves of different grades from Yunnan were blended and threshed.The results showed that:1) comparing with single grade tobacco thre-shing,the strips' quality stability and sensory quality improved to a certain extent,harmony of sugar/nicotine ratio obviously increased and the harmony and pleasantness of mouth feeling of smoke were somewhat improved,while the difference of characteristics related to stalk positions was narrowed;2) tobacco of neighboring grades,stalk positions,and close in quality and physical proce-ssing property were essentials for green leaf blend grouping.
