红外水分仪网络动态标定技术在打叶复烤中的应用

Dynamic Calibration of Infrared Moisture Meter in Threshing and Redrying Line via Network

  • 摘要: 打叶复烤生产线中普遍采用红外水分仪检测烟叶含水率,但存在着检测精度受烟叶颜色影响较大;标定费时、费力;检测距离小,只有50mm左右等缺陷。为此,开发了水分仪网络动态标定系统,该系统中设备通过网络交换机以TCP/IP协议进行连接,网络自动标定软件使用Visual Basic编写,运行于Microsoft Windows操作系统。网络动态标定采用烘箱对静态水分仪进行标定,保证静态水分仪的精度;采用静态水分仪获取样品的实际含水率;使用自动标定软件自动计算修正值;通过网络技术对现场水分仪进行修正。该技术的使用,缩短了获取样品实际含水率的时间,修正时间由原来的4h减少为不到1h,现场动态水分仪的精度由原0.4%~0.6%提高到0.3%~0.4%,能够及时准确地反映烟叶实际含水率的变化,从而实现复烤过程烟叶含水率的精确自动控制。

     

    Abstract: The infrared moisture meter has been widely used in moisture content detecting in tobacco leaf threshing and redrying line,however,its precision was greatly affected by leaf color,calibration was time-consuming and laboursome,and detection range was only about 50 mm.The dynamic calibration system of moisture meter based on network technology was developed,the equipment in the system connected by TDP/IP communication protocol via a network exchanger.The network automatic calibration software was programmed with Visual Basic and ran under the circumstance of microsoft Windows operating system.A static moisture meter was calibrated against oven drying to ensure its precision.The static moisture meter was used to detect the actual moisture content in the sample,the automatic calibration software automatically calculated the correct value,and the in-site moisture meter was corrected via network.The time for obtaining actual moisture content of samples was shortened,and the initial correction took less than 1 hour from 4 hours.The precision of in-site dynamic moisture meter rose from 0.4%-0.6% to 0.3%-0.4%,therefore the variation of actual moisture content could be reflected timely and accurately,and the automatic and accurate control of moisture content in tobacco leaf was realized during redrying.
