Development and Application of Equipment Status Monitoring System in Primary Processing Line

  • 摘要: 由于设备状态监测系统与自动控制系统相对独立,无法充分发挥其作用。为此,建立了设备状态监测系统与自动控制系统集成的功能模型,设备状态监测系统利用多个数据采集单元获取关键设备振动点的振动信号,通过企业以太网传输数据到数据库中,运用基于C++.NET开发的烟草设备状态监测与自动故障诊断分析软件,实时分析设备的振动波形,早期预报设备故障。运用IFIX监控软件进行组态和开发,并利用OPC等通讯模式实现两套系统的数据交换。基于图谱案例和特征值知识库的自诊断软件有效提高了设备故障状态判断的准确率。

     

    Abstract: The equipment status monitoring system and automatic control system in the primary processing line were independent of each other,it limited their functional potential to be fully used.A function model which integrated the equipment status monitoring system and automatic control system was established.The equipment status monitoring system obtained the vibration signals from vibrating points of key equipment by means of several data collection units,the data were transmitted to the database via the enterprise's Ethernet,real-time analysis of the equipment's vibration profile was performed by the tobacco equipment status monitoring and automatic trouble diagnosing software based on C++.NET,to forecast any possible equipment trouble.The modules were configurated and developed with IFIX monitoring software,and the data exchange between the two systems was realized by OPC and other communication patterns.The self-diagnosing software based on profile atlas and knowledge library of characteristic value effectively increased the correctness of equipment trouble diagnosis.
