螺旋式碎片干燥机排潮系统的改进

Improvement of Exhaust System in Screw Type Scrap Dryer

  • 摘要: 螺旋式碎片干燥设备的排潮系统由于设计不合理,经常造成干燥后碎片含水率偏高且不稳定,为此对其排潮系统进行了改进。将原来的自然排潮改为机械排潮,改进后螺旋式碎片干燥机加工后碎片,日平均含水率、日最高含水率、日最低含水率全部符合工艺规范要求(11%~13%),且日含水率极差均不超过1.2%。机械排潮方式提高了螺旋式碎片干燥设备的排潮能力,且不受外界条件变化的影响,提高了碎片的干燥质量。

     

    Abstract: The natural exhaust system in screw type dryer often resulted in higher and fluctuated moisture content in dried scraps,therefore it was replaced by a mechanical exhaust system.After improving,the daily values of average,maximum and minimum moisture content of dried scraps were within the range specified by the technology norm(11%-13%),and the daily absolute moisture content difference was not over 1.2%.The moisture exhaust ability of the screw drier was enhanced by the mechanical exhaust system,moreover,it did not affected by environmental conditions,and the drying quality of scraps was improved.
