云南香料烟中的TSNAs与亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐和烟碱的关系

Relationship Between TSNAs and Nitrate,Nitrite,Nicotine in Yunnan Oriental Tobacco

摘要: 测定了云南香料烟叶片和叶脉中的TSNAs、亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐和烟碱,并对测定数据进行了相关性分析。结果表明:①香料烟叶片和叶脉中的TSNAs含量都随着其等级的降低而逐渐增加;②叶片中的TSNAs含量高于叶脉;③叶片和叶脉中的TSNAs含量均与烟碱含量极显著正相关,与亚硝酸盐显著正相关,与硝酸盐相关。

Abstract: The nitrate,nitrite,nicotine and TSNAs in lamina and vein of Yunnan oriental tobacco were determined and the resultant data were analyzed correlatively.The results showed that:1) the TSNAs contents in lamina and vein were higher in lower grade leaves;2) TSNAs content in lamina was higher than that in vein;and 3) TSNAs contents in lamina and vein correlated extremely significantly positively with nicotine,significantly positively with nitrite,and positively with nitrate.
