Abstract: The status quo,advantages,working principles of supercritical fluid extraction,microwave-assisted extraction,accelerated solvent extraction,cloud-point extraction,liquid phase micro-extraction,solid-phase microextraction,molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction,and their application in tobacco chemistry analysis were reviewed,and their future application were briefly described.
