蝇蛆低聚几丁糖诱导烟株抗黑胫病研究

Tobacco Resistance Against Tobacco Black Shank Induced by Chitooligosaccharides from Housefly Larvae

  • 摘要: 对蝇蛆低聚几丁糖防治烟草黑胫病的作用机制进行了初步研究。烟苗经过蝇蛆低聚几丁糖处理后,再接种烟草黑胫病菌,测试结果表明,处理烟草植株对黑胫病产生抗性。在0.1~1.5 mg/mL浓度范围内,随着浓度增高诱导抗性效果增强,当浓度达1.0 mg/mL时,诱导抗性相对防效为92.21%,与浓度1.5 mg/mL的处理间差异不显著。同时可导致烟草叶片苯丙氨酸解氨酶、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶活性不同程度地升高,分别在第8天、第5天和第3天达到高峰,比对照分别提高了94.62%、160.44%和89.76%。

     

    Abstract: The mechanism of chitooligosaccharides from housefly larvae against tobacco black shank were studied preliminarily.The results showed that chitooligosaccharide-treated tobacco seedlings obtained induced resistance against tobacco black shank,after inoculating Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotiana.The induced resistance improved with the increase of chitooligosaccharides concentration within the range of 0.1-1.5 mg/mL,its relative control effect was 92.21% at the concentration of 1.0 mg/mL,which was not significantly different from that of 1.5 mg/mL.At the same time,the activities of phenylalanine ammonialyase,peroxidase and polyphenoloxidase in tobacco leaves increased in different degrees and peaked on the 8th day,5th day and 3rd day after treating,which were 94.62%,160.44% and 89.76% higher than those in control leaves,respectively.
