环境湿度对卷烟理化指标及感官质量的影响

Effects of Environment Humidity on Physical and Chemical Characteristics and Smoking Quality of Cigarette

  • 摘要: 进行了恒温(22℃)条件下不同环境湿度对卷烟物理指标、烟气指标和感官质量的影响试验,重点针对烟气游离烟碱、烟碱和pH值等的变化与感官质量的关系进行分析。结果表明:①环境湿度与卷烟烟支重量和吸阻呈正相关关系;②在低湿环境中,烟气含水率、烟碱和焦油均降低,而焦油/烟碱增大;在高湿环境中,烟气含水率、焦油和焦油/烟碱均增大,而烟碱明显降低;③环境湿度对卷烟的感官质量有明显影响,其中烟气游离烟碱/烟碱与吸味浓度和满足感呈明显正相关。在低湿环境中,烟气游离烟碱/烟碱愈低,卷烟的刺激性愈明显。

     

    Abstract: The effects of environment humidity on physical and chemical characteristics and smoking quality of cigarette were studied under given temperature(22℃),the relationships between the changes of free nicotine,nicotine and pH values of cigarette smoke and its smoking quality were emphatically analyzed.The results showed that:1) environment humidity was positively correlated with cigarette weight and draw resistance;2) under the circumstances where air humidity was low,the contents of moisture,nicotine and tar in smoke decreased,while the ratio of tar/nicotine increased;under the circumstances where air humidity was high,the contents of moisture,tar and the ratio of tar/nicotine in smoke increased,while nicotine reduced evidently;3) environment humidity obviously affected cigarette smoking quality,and the ratio of free nicotine to nicotine significantly positively correlated with taste concentration and satisfaction.Under a circumstance of low air humidity,the lower the ratio of free nicotine to nicotine was,the higher the irritation of cigarette smoke would be.
