滤棒成型工艺参数优化研究

Parameter Optimization in Filter Rod Making

  • 摘要: 为提高滤棒成型质量的稳定性,采用4因素3水平正交试验法,在KDF-2成型机上用2.4Y/34000规格的醋纤丝束,对稳定辊压力、螺纹辊压力、空气喷嘴压力和辊速比4个滤棒成型的主要工艺参数进行了优化试验。结果表明:①稳定辊压力对滤棒单支重量、压降和压降变异系数及硬度有显著影响,稳定辊压力控制在0.07 MPa较为适宜;②螺纹辊压力对滤棒硬度变异系数有显著影响,螺纹辊压力控制在0.22 MPa较为适宜;③在选择的水平范围内,辊速比和喷嘴压力对滤棒质量的影响不显著,适宜的辊速比为1.15~1.35;喷嘴压力的控制以能够满足丝束输送和便于操作为宜。

     

    Abstract: For stabilization the plug quality in filter rod making,the 4 key parameters,including pressure on stabilizer rolls,threaded rolls and air pressure in air jet and speed ratio between rolls were orthogonally tested at 3 levels on KDF-2 filter plug maker with acetate tow of 2.4Y/34000.The results showed that:1) individual weight,pressure drop of filter plug and their coefficients of variation were significantly affected by pressure on stabilizer rolls,and the preferable pressure was 0.07 MPa;2) filter plug hardness was significantly affected by pressure on threaded rolls,and the preferable pressure was 0.22 MPa;3) within the selected range,the effects of speed ratio between rolls and air pressure in air jet on filter plug quality was not significant,the recommended speed ratio was 1.15-1.35,and the jet pressure should be controlled to the satisfaction of tow conveying and ease of operating.
