Abstract: To improve the handling capability and task time lag of LGVS (Laser Guided Vehicle System),a dispatch model of LGVS was established based on the concept of task appointment in service system,an efficiency matrix was further constructed,and the problems in system dispatch were solved with Hungarian method of assignment problem.The results of simulation comparison proved that,the appointment dispatch was better than traditional LGV dispatch method,not only on the side of system's steady state average capability,but also on the side of system's steady state average residence time.
