Abstract:
The volatile components in fermentation liquid of flavor producing fungus of Cumbopogon citratus(DC.) Stapf were extracted with simultaneous distillation and extraction,then isolated and identified with capillary GC-MS.The extract of fermentation liquid was applied in cigarettes.The results showed that:1) 67 components were identified in the liquid,among them,the major components were limonene,β-myrcene,γ-terpinene,farnesen,linalool and γ-sitosterol,etc;2) the extract could enhance tobacco aroma,slightly reduce irritation and obviously improve the smoking quality of cigarette.
