Effects of Ca2+ in Symptom Masking of TMV Inoculated Tobacco Under High Temperature Stress

  • 摘要: Ca2+和抑制剂处理结果表明,烟草接种TMV后经Ca2+处理再高温胁迫,能够明显提高烟草叶片的过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,而经Ca2+特异性螯合剂EGTAO,O'-Bis(2-aminoethyl)ethyleneglycol-N,N,N',N'-tetraacetic acid和钙调素的特异性抑制剂氯丙嗪(CPZ)处理能够显著降低烟草叶片的POD和SOD活性。对各个处理的表现型观察发现,经Ca2+及EGTA和CPZ处理后的烟草与对照(清水)相比,病毒的潜育期不存在明显的差异,但经Ca2+处理的烟草发病程度比清水处理稍轻,EGTA和CPZ处理的烟草发病程度比对照重,说明Ca2+信号途径可能参与了高温胁迫下的症状隐蔽。

     

    Abstract: The results of Ca2+ and inhibitor treatments showed that after TMV inoculating,the activities of POD and SOD in tobacco leaf increased obviously by Ca2+ treatment and followed by high temperature stress,while those activities decreased significantly by Ca2+ specific chelator EGTA and CaM specific inhibitor CPZ treatment.There was no significant difference in TMV latent period between different treatments(Ca2+,EGTA,CPZ,and check);however,mosaic symptom was slightly masked by Ca2+ treatment and aggravated by treatments by EGTA and CPZ;it indicated that Ca2+ signal route probably involved in symptom masking under high temperature stress.
