Abstract: The ecreteur disc with 3 decks was compared with the ecreteur disc with 3 pockets, and their effects on the stability of physical index of cigarette were evaluated. The results showed that in terms of cigarette quality and quality stability, the deck disc was better than the pocket disc. Comparing the cigarette made with pocket disc, the pass rate of draw resistance and ventilation rate of cigarette made with deck disc increased 12 and 4 percentage points, respectively, and variation coefficients of weight and draw resistance dropped 20.7% and 60.7%, respectively.
