Analysis of Volatile, Semi-volatile and Non-volatile Organic Acids in Fructus Mume Concrete

  • 摘要: 采用加速溶剂萃取,以二氯甲烷-乙腈(1:4,V/V)的混合溶液为萃取溶剂,N,O-双(三甲基硅基)三氟乙酰胺硅烷化,反-2-己烯酸和辛二酸为内标,GC/MS/SIM法同时测定了乌梅浸膏中的甲酸、乙酸、苯甲酸、十六酸、十八酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸等29种有机酸。方法的回收率为80.3%~108.4%,RSD均小于10%。

     

    Abstract: The organic acids in Fructus Mume Concrete were extracted by ASE (accelerated solvent extraction) in dichloromethane-acetonitrile (1:4, v/v) solution, then silanized with N, O-bis(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide by using trans-2-hexenoic acid and octanedioic acid as internal standards. The method for simultaneous determination of 29 organic acids including formic acid, acetic acid, benzoic acid, hexadecanoic acid, octadecanoic acid, malic acid, citric acid, etc., was developed with GC/MS/SIM. The recoveries ranged from 80.3% to 108.4% and RSDs were all below 10%.
