烟叶配伍性与水溶性总糖含量差值的关系

Relations of Compatibility Between Different Tobaccos to Water Dissoluble Sugar Contents in the Same

摘要: 为研究烟叶配伍性与水溶性总糖含量间的关系及其变化规律,将河南部分地区的8种上部烟叶进行两两组合,对其配伍性进行了感官评吸评价,将评价结果转换为配伍性得分,在此基础上研究了烟叶间的配伍性与其水溶性总糖含量差值的关系。结果表明,两种烟叶水溶性总糖含量的差值对其之间的总体配伍性以及杂气、余味等方面的配伍性有影响;当水溶性总糖含量的差值小于6%时,烟叶间的配伍性较好。

Abstract: In order to investigate the relations of the compatibility between different tobaccos to the water dissoluble sugar content in the same,8 kinds of upper leaves from Henan tobacco growing areas were tested in pairs and the compatibility of each pair was panel evaluated and scored so as to study the compatibility between the paired tobacco and its relation to their water dissoluble sugar contents.The results showed that the difference between the water dissoluble sugar contents of the paired leaves affected not only their general com-patibility but also the compatibilities between their offensive odors and their aftertastes;the compatibility of tobacco was better when the difference was lower than 6%.
