摘要: 为提高特色工艺加工控制水平,稳定提高卷烟产品质量,进行了配方分组加工工艺过程研究。在确定配方模块的基础上,对各模块的处理过程和工艺参数进行试验,根据感官质量评价结果,确定出松片回潮、润叶加料和叶丝干燥3个关键工序的工艺参数。应用结果表明,与对照相比,分组加工样品在抽吸口数、烟气烟碱量和焦油量方面均有所降低,尤其是CO量降低最为显著。感官质量明显提高,香气质较细腻,烟气柔和且成团性好,香气层次感和甜韵感增加,杂气和刺激性明显降低,余味有所改善。在感官质量提高的同时,料液配方成本降低25%。Abstract: In order to improve the level of process control and cigarette quality,the technology for tobacco group processing was studied.The process and processing parameters for each sub-blend group were tested.According to the results of sensory quality evaluation,the processing parameters in 3 key process steps (loosening and conditioning,ordering and casing,and cut tobacco drying) were determined.Comparing with the control,the puff number,deliveries of nicotine and tar of group processing samples reduced slightly and CO delivery decreased significantly.The sensory quality improved obviously,the flavour was smooth,the smoke was mild and glomerate,it offered enhanced shades of aroma and note of sweetness,the offensive odor and irritation reduced obviously,and aftertaste improved in a sort.Furthermore,the cost of casing decreased by 25%.
