烟草热湿处理特性在线分析装置的研究与应用

A Device for Analyzing Heating-Moistening Characteristics of Tobacco

  • 摘要: 介绍了烟草热湿处理特性在线分析装置的性能特点,并以山东C3F烟丝的干燥过程为例,演示了该装置在烟草干燥研究中的应用。测试结果表明,该装置具有其它热重天平所不具备的专属特性,可在线测量烟丝量为0.0001~10g范围内的烟草样品在一定温度(常温~300℃)和湿含量(0~100%)下烟草表面温度和重量随时间而变化的数据,所测样品的代表性强,能够表征该烟草样品的干燥特性。

     

    Abstract: The performance of a device for analyzing heating-moistening characteristics of tobacco was introduced, and the application of the device was demonstrated by taking the drying process of cut tobacco of C3F from Shandong as an example. The test results showed that:the device featured some advantages over conventional thermobalances, it could online determine the surface temperature and weight of cut tobacco with the proceeding of time when the sample's weight was in the range of 0.0001-10 g, at room temperature to 300℃ and air humidity 0-100%.
