拆箱机器人开箱工艺的改进

Improvement of Case Opening Operation of Case Unpacking Robot

  • 摘要: 由于拆箱机器人在开箱过程中存在片烟散落的问题,为此对拆箱机器人的开箱工艺进行了改进。通过对3种开箱方式的分析对比,采用了水平倾斜开箱方式和新型翻箱机构,优化了拆箱机器人的开箱工艺,从而解决了开箱过程中的片烟散落问题。为了保证片烟与纸箱的良好分离,采用交流伺服技术控制拆箱机器人在脱箱过程中的夹持力,提高了脱箱成功率,降低了片烟损耗,改善了工人的操作环境。

     

    Abstract: To prevent the strips from spilling about during case opening by case unpacking robot, the case opening operation was improved where the case was opened in a horizontally inclined way and a new type of tipping mechanism was adopted. The clamping force of the robot was controlled by AC servo technology in the process of case removing to ensure that the case was clear of strips. The failure rate of case removing and tobacco waste reduced, and the working environment of operators was improved.
