膜技术提高造纸法再造烟叶的感官品质

Improving Smoking Quality of Paper-making Process Tobacco Sheet with Membrane Filtrating Technology

  • 摘要: 为提高造纸法再造烟叶的感官品质,采用M50(Ø50nm)微滤膜、GU超滤膜1(标称截留分子量50000Da)和GM超滤膜2(标称截留分子量100000Da)对烟梗、烟末萃取液进行了过滤处理,滤液再返加到再造烟叶中,并进行了评吸。结果表明:与处理前相比,①处理烟梗、烟末萃取液中的总氮分别下降62.5%和67.8%,果胶物质基本完全去除;②处理烟梗和烟末萃取液返加的再造烟叶的感官品质均有所提高,且微滤膜+超滤膜1处理的效果最好。膜分离技术可作为提高造纸法再造烟叶感官品质的一种可行的方法。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the smoking quality of paper-making process tobacco sheet, the extract of tobacco stem or tobacco fines was filtrated by M50(Ø50 nm) microfiltration membrane, GU ultrafiltration membrane 1(nominal retentive molecular weight 50000 Da) and GM ultrafiltration membrane 2(nominal retentive molecular weight 100000 Da). The filtrated liquid was added back into tobacco sheet, and its smoking quality was evaluated. The results showed that comparing with the extract without filtration:1) the total nitrogen in filtrated extracts of tobacco stem and tobacco fines declined by 62.5% and 67.8%, respectively, and all pectin substances were removed substantially; 2) the smoking quality of tobacco sheet to whom the filtrated liquid was added was improved to some extent, particularly those sheets to whom the extract filtered by M50 microfiltration membrane + GU ultrafiltration membrane 1 was added. It was practicable to improve the smoking quality of paper-making process tobacco sheet with the membrane filtration technology.
