广西仓储烟叶霉变微生物的分类鉴定

Taxonomy and Identification of Microorganism Causing Mold Damage of Stored Tobacco Leaf in Guangxi

  • 摘要: 为了查清广西各烟叶仓库中引起烟叶霉变的微生物类群,进行了烟叶霉变调查。并在广西钟山、富川、柳州、南宁、武鸣的烟仓采集霉变烟叶标本,经分离、致霉性测定,选取发生普遍的9株曲霉,进行培养性状、形态特征及核糖体DNA-ITS序列分析等研究。鉴定结果分别为:匍匐散囊菌原变种(Euroti-um repens var.repens)、溜曲霉(Aspergillus tamarii)、谢瓦散囊菌(E.chevalieri)、菌核曲霉(A.sclerotio-rum)、中文名称不详(A.elegans)、米曲霉原变种(A.oryzae var.oryzae)、黑曲霉(A.niger)、孔曲霉(A.ostianus)和聚多曲霉(A.sydowii)。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the microorganism species causing mold damage of stored tobacco leaf, the mold-damaged leaf samples were collected from the tobacco storehouses at Zhongshan, Fuchuan, Liuzhou, Nanning and Wuming in Guangxi Province. Nine predominant strains of Aspergillus were isolated and their ability to attack tobacco was tested. Taxonomical identification was carried out through further studies on their morphological trait, cultivation character and rDNA-ITS sequence analysis. The results showed that they were Eurotium repens var. repens, Aspergillus tamarii, E. chevalieri, A. sclerotiorum, A. elegans, A. oryzae var oryzae, A. niger, A. ostianus, and A. sydowii.
