SIMCA Modeling Based on FT-NIR Analysis Technology and its Application in Quality Monitoringin Cigarette Blending Process

  • 摘要: 针对传统卷烟配方过程质量控制主要以物理质量监测的不足,基于FT-NIR分析技术,结合SIM-CA统计建模方法和多元统计过程控制(MSPC)的基本原理,对卷烟制丝配方等过程质量监测进行了探讨。结果表明,通过建立SIMCA过程类模型对卷烟配方过程质量进行多元统计过程控制,进而实现对配方模块宏观特性的均匀性和稳定性监测,方法简单,操作容易,具有一定的实用性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional quality control in ci8garette blending process focusedmainly on physical quality monitoring, the processmonitoring of cigarette blending based on FT-NIR analysis technology, the method of SIMCA statistical modeling and the basic priniple of multivariate statistical process control(MSPC) was discussed. The results showed that:cigarette blending process control and furtyher, monitoring the uniform ity and stability of general characteristics of blending blocks implemented with multivariatie statistical process through establishing SIMCA process modelwas simple, practical and ease of operation.
