烟梗处理降低蛋白质含量的研究

Study on Stem Processing to Reduce Protein Content

  • 摘要: 为有效降低烟梗中的蛋白质含量,提高造纸法再造烟叶的品质,在保持再造烟叶原有工艺流程不变的前提下,通过添加有机酸盐或碱处理剂以及改变处理条件的方法以提高烟梗或烟梗浆料中蛋白质的溶出量。结果表明:①用该方法处理梗浆料比处理烟梗的效果好;处理剂以氢氧化钾的效果最好,其最适条件为处理温度25℃,处理时间2 h,处理液内物料与溶剂比1:4,处理剂浓度1.0%,梗浆中的蛋白质含量比对照降低60.4%;②经碱液处理后制成的造纸法再造烟叶样品在杂气和余味方面有所改善。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce protein content in stem effectively and improve the quality of paper making process sheet tobacco,organic acid salt or alkali treatment agent was added along with process condition modification to increase the amounts of protein dissolved from stem or stem slurry while keeping the process flow of sheet tobacco making unchanged.The results showed that:1) the effect in stem slurry processing was better than that in stem processing;2) the best treatment agent was KOH,the preferable conditions were:temperature 25℃,treating time 2 hrs,the solvent ratio of treatment solution 1:4,and the concentration of treatment agent 1.0%.The protein content in stem slurry reduced by 60.4% compared with the control.The offensive odors and after taste of paper making process sheet tobacco was improved to a certain extent by alkali solution treatment.
